This website, emkaylabs.com, is operated by Emkay Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Emkay Labs”, “we”, “us”).

What this policy covers

This policy covers emkaylabs.com only. Our mobile apps and online stores each have their own privacy policy, available from their App Store page or storefront, and those policies apply when you use them.

Information we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or contact forms, and it does not ask you to create an account.

• When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your request.
• When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and keeps short lived server logs.
• OVHcloud provides our domain and email service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Legal bases

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering the messages we receive, and to take steps you request before entering into a contract with us.

Retention

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy.

International transfers

Emkay Labs is based in the United States and our providers operate in the United States and the European Union. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country, with the safeguards our providers offer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email contact@emkaylabs.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
